to our Clients on-site or remote support via the Internet.

The Technical Support Department is open from 8:30am
to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on all legal holidays.
Telephone support is included with our Software
Maintenance Agreement (SMA) and for Clients without an SMA billed
at $50 per quarter hour.
Installation and training is done on-site for new
Clients.
