Legal Ledger Software has been providing computer hardware, software and services to Law Firms in the southeast United States since 1978. Our software is a Law Office Profitability System designed to run in a multi-user, network environment with the IBM AS/400, NT Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 98 peer-to-peer network or a standalone PC.

Our smallest Firm has one bookkeeper and three Attorneys. Our largest Firm has a full accounting department with seven branch offices, over 150 Attorneys and support staff. We provide a comprehensive System of programs that work together to achieve a single entry approach that will streamline your daily operations. Our purpose is to help you reduce paperwork, increase Client Billing without errors, provide profit analysis with standard accounting functions and help your Firm grow. A brief clarification of terminology will make
the following Overview easier to understand. Our software associates
many cases to one Client. Therefore, when the term Client is
used, we are referring to specific information at that level.
Under a Client there can exist thousands of Cases. We use the
word Case to be synonymous with Matter.
